Ideal for large, custom components used in heavy industries such as oil & gas, power generation, marine, and mining.

2. Closed Die Forging (Impression Die)

Best for high-precision, repeatable components with tight tolerances and minimal material waste. >> Capacity: 1 kg Up to 250 kg per part >> Materials: Carbon & Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel ,Duplex Steel , Aluminum, Copper alloys >> Advantages:
  • High repeatability and dimensional accuracy
  • Better surface finish
  • Near-net shape, reducing machining costs
